Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Euphoric Moments Event Venue located? We are conveniently located in the Holly Point Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA. Our address is 211 Providence Road, Suite 7, Chesapeake, VA 23325.

How many people can Euphoric Moments Event Venue accommodate? Our venue can accommodate up to 120 guests.

Is parking easily accessible at Euphoric Moments Event Venue? Parking is one of our best features. Our venue is in Holly Point Shopping Center, which has ample amounts of convenient parking.

Does Euphoric Moments provide chairs & tables with the venue rental? We provide round, rectangular, and cocktail tables with all rentals. We also provide 2 chair options: white resin folding chairs and clear chivari chairs.

Does Euphoric Moments provide music? We do not provide music; however, you can hire a DJ, and we offer a Bluetooth speaker as an add-on option.

Can I bring my own food & drinks to the venue? Yes, you can bring your own food & drinks. However, Euphoric Moments Event Venue will not be responsible for any foodborne illnesses.  We highly recommend utilizing a licensed and insured caterer.

Are there any catering restrictions? There will absolutely be no cooking within our venue. Please do not bring any cooking equipment, fryers, air fryers, or anything with open flames. For your convenience, Euphoric Moments features a microwave, food warmer, and chafing dishes to help keep your food at the appropriate temperatures. All food must be cooked before your arrival. Per city requirements, there can be no food or grease in the sinks and drains. Therefore, any leftover food must be carried back with you or disposed of in the trash, and dishes cannot be washed at the venue.  You will be responsible for all supplies for your event, such as plates, napkins, cups, serving utensils, chafing fuel, aluminum foil, and ice.

Can alcohol be served at Euphoric Moments Event Venue? Alcohol can be served in the venue, however, you must obtain a Banquet License from the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority here. Per the VA ABC website, the average processing time is 7-10 days. Please plan accordingly, because Euphoric Moments requires a copy of this license 14 days before your event. For questions and help related to the online licensing system, please contact the Virginia ABC at abc-pst@virginiaabc.com or (844) 694-9965. If you choose to hire a Bartender, they must be licensed and insured, and proof of their credentials must be provided to Euphoric Moments 14 days before your event date.

Is smoking allowed at Euphoric Moments Event Venue? We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If we find any evidence of smoking, your security deposit will be forfeited, and you may be barred from renting the venue in the future.

What décor items are prohibited? All open flame candles are prohibited. We recommend using flameless candles. Sparklers, pyrotechnics confetti, silly string, and anything of that nature are prohibited in the venue. If balloons are used, sprays, such as Hi-Shine, are prohibited and must be applied before entering the venue. Sprays of this nature present a slipping hazard for guests and are hard to clean from the floors. The use of any staples, nails, push pins, thumbtacks or screws used to attach anything to the walls are not allowed.

How many hours are available for venue rental? We offer 7-Hour Event Packages on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The 7 hours include two hours for setup, four hours for your event, and one hour for clean-up. If you wish to reserve the building for the full day, there is an additional fee.    We also offer hourly rates Monday – Thursday.

I would like to see the venue. How do I schedule a walk-through? You can schedule a tour online by clicking here, or call 1-833-463-8779 or email us at euphoricmomentsvenue757@gmail.com to schedule.

How much is required to reserve Euphoric Moments and secure a date? We require a 50% retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the event date. If the balance is not paid within 14 days, your event will be cancelled, and any amount paid will be forfeited. No exceptions. If you are booking within 14 days of your event date, the full balance will be due to secure your date.

Is there a Damage & Incidental Deposit? There is a $250 Damage & Incidental Deposit. The deposit is refundable after your event provided there is no damage or missing items, and all rules are adhered to.

What is your cancellation policy? All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. 50% of any payment made will be refunded if the cancellation is made [31] days or more prior to the event. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within [30] days of the event.
